We offer our customers in India free delivery services for all orders above INR 799. For orders below this amount a standard shipping fee of INR 49 will be applied. Upon placing an order our dedicated Customer Service Associate will contact you via email to verify your order details for accuracy. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be sent to our warehouse for processing. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email or SMS from our delivery partner, which will include tracking details. You may track your orders status on our delivery partners website. Please note that the estimated delivery time for your order is between 5-7 working days. In the event of any unexpected delays, you will be notified via phone or email regarding the status of your shipment. Please be advised that shipping will be carried out from Monday to Saturday only, with no deliveries on Sundays. Espanshe returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Espanshe for any reason within the specified return/exchange period (check product details page for the same). We only ask that you dont use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. There are two ways to return the product to us The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy: 1. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact 2. Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our Logistics team. 3. Espanshe will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Espanshe would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User. 4. If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
