Shipping
Most orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or Other Ground Parcel Carrier within 12 business days after payment is received. Shipment is limited to destinations within the continental United States. A tracking number will be provided when the order is shipped.

Returns
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Customer must send all returns accompanied by a Return Good Authorization RGA number. RGA numbers are attainable by contacting Customer Service at CustomerServiceGeorgiaPaperSystems.com within 60 days of receipt of your order.
Customers are responsible for coordinating the return of products to Georgia Paper Systems, LLC and are responsible for payment of return shipping charges. All return merchandise must be received in resellable condition.
All floor machines and equipment sales are final and covered by factory warranties.
