Delivery charge may vary with each seller. A seller may choose, in its own discretion, to waive the delivery charges for certain products. Each individual seller may charge different delivery charges. There shall be no hidden charges from the sellers side, disguised as delivery charges. Delivery charges are inclusive of applicable taxes, including applicable goods and service taxes. The buyers are requested to verify the delivery charges before placing any order from the Website. The delivery of the order placed through the Website shall be made on usual business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. The estimated delivery date provided to the buyers shall be indicative in nature and shall not be binding upon the seller or JEWELEGANCE. Delivery of the order depends on various factors such as availability with the seller, delivery destination, location of the seller, etc.. Due to these factors, estimated delivery timelines for the similar products may differ. In case of delivery/shipping location is outside India, the estimated delivery date shall be prolonged and any additional charges such as customs or any other indirect duties levied by the countries shall be payable by the buyer. The seller and JEWELEGANCE shall not be liable for any confiscation by customs or any other government department of the delivery/shipping location country.

JEWELEGANCE may cancel the product order through the Website within 24 (twenty four) hours of ordering the same. Post 24 (twenty four) hours, the buyer cannot cancel the product through the Website. For returning the product customer have to inform JEWELEGANCE within 24 hours from delivery and the JEWELEGANCE will arrange the pick up. For all returns/cancellations made by the buyer within such stipulated time, JEWELEGANCE will refund to the buyer in their bank account. The JEWELEGANCE must confirm the receipt of product to process refund to the buyer within 2 (two) days of receiving back. The refund in store credit will be processed in within 5 (five) working days of Jewelegance confirming that the product received is not used or tampered. The JEWELEGANCE may extend the period of cancellation or return of product, at their mutual discretion. JEWELEGANCE assumes or takes no risk, liability or responsibility of any sort whatsoever for a product lost while return to the seller. In such event, the buyer and seller may take the issue up with eachother and resolve the same. This Return/Cancellation policy shall be applicable only for customers who make an online purchase for the product through the Website. In case of customer purchasing a product directly from the Seller, this Return/Cancellation policy shall not be applicable. The timelines provided in this Return/Cancellation policy for the sellers and JEWELEGANCE can be extended without any notice, by mutual agreement.
