Shipping Cost is calculated on per product which will be reflected on your checkout page. India / Domestic orders Shipping cost is Rupees 150 per product Outside India / International orders Shipping cost is Rupees 1050 15 U.S.D per product In some cases it may exceed as per courier service availability. Shipping Time Domestic orders The products ordered can be expected to be delivered within 5-7 days in major metro cities in India and can take anywhere between 8-10 days for other locations in India from the time the order is confirmed. International orders Delivery outside India is expected to take up to 15 working days depending on the postal code and mode of shipping. Please include 3-5 working days if you choose to go for stitching. We only ship through reputed courier companies like FedEx DHL Arihant etc.

We have a very easy return/exchange policy. If you are not satisfied or happy with your purchase you must inform us within 24 hours from the date of receiving the package. We will validate your return/exchange request, only after we authorized it, the product should be returned to us within 7 business days along with copy of invoice original packing and in the original condition as sent to customer and you will receive a credit note for the same which has no expiry date or exchange the same on prior effect. Terms Conditions If the product is sent back to us without our consent Return/exchange will not be accepted. No returns/refund/exchange will be accepted for customized/stitched products accessories. Return/Exchange of the product will be accepted only once. We do not accept returns for products purchased during sales/discounts. In case of defects we may ask for a picture of the damaged product. After reviewing the picture we may send you another piece of the same design. There is an admin/credit card commission cost of 2.5 of the charged amount plus Rs 150 which will be deducted for a refund. In case the refund is issued as a gift voucher/store credit this charge will be waived off. Refund will be processed only if we cannot replace the defective item with another piece.
