A credit note will be issued for the value of items ordered, in case these have become outofstock. Credit note validity is 30 days only. Please order alternate images or claim a full refund within 30 days of issue of the credit note.

The images will be couriered. Please allow 15 working days for delivery from the date of receipt of your order. There are no insurance services offered for our product. For all credit card orders the Billing Shipping addresses must be the same. Orders are processed for shipment during normal business hours only 10am 7:00pm, Mon Sat, excluding Holidays. The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or refused shipment. If a package is returned to us without reason, we will contact you via email andor the telephone to resolve the issue in a timely fashion. Deliveries are NOT available to PO Boxes or APO addresses There will be no deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays. Phillips Antiques is not responsible for packages held by Customs Phillips Antiques does not pay for International Duties Taxes. If a shipment incurs any such charges the customer is responsible. Phillips Antiques is not responsible for brokerage fees incurred on International Shipments. These fees, whether charged by a private or Customs appointed broker, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Domestic payments within India can be made in the following modes: a Demand Draft, b Credit Card, c Net Banking. Overseas payments by Credit Card only. For all credit card orders the Billing Shipping addresses must be the same. RISK OF LOSS : All items purchased from Phillips Antiques are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the customer upon our delivery to the courier. Goods once sold will not be taken back. A refund will be paid only if the customer received an incorrect item as a result of an error on our part and if goods are returned in their original condition. However, the customer must email us within 5 working days of receipt of the product. In such a case, the value of the item and shipping costs will be refunded and return shipping costs will be borne by us. Returns made to Phillips Antiques, if applicable, will be refunded in the form of the original payment method. Refunds, if any, will only be made directly to clients who have bought images directly from Phillips Antiques. Gifted items are not entitled for refunds.
