Portnology Inc. warranty obligations for the Zuup product you have just purchased the "Product" are limited to the terms set forth in this document. Portnology Inc. warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period one 1 year from the date of original purchase three 3 years for guitar bags "Warranty Period". If a defect arises and Portnology Inc. receives a valid claim within the Warranty Period, at its option, Portnology Inc. will repair the Product or exchange the Product with a functionally equivalent new product. Portnology Returns Items purchased through zuup.com We guarantee all merchandise sold by Zuup.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for replacement or refund.
