Handling time is the number of business days we will take to ship the item after receiving your cleared payment. We offer a complete refund of the purchase price of a Tatjacket brand product that you purchased directly from TatJacket.Refunds credited to your credit card account are available if your return is received at our office within 30 days from the date of purchase.
