We want all of our customers to be 100 satisfied with every purchase they make at viziooptic.com. To that end, we offer a full refund or a onetime exchange on the return of any eyeglasses or sunglasses frames within 30 days of the shipping date. Any frames that are discontinued style are final sales. There are no standard exceptions, provided that the product being returned is has not been worn or damaged and is returned with the original packaging intact. If prescription lenses are made outside of Vizio Optic, store credit will be given for the frame, as long as the frame is still in perfect condition and the demo lenses are returned.
