Return Policy
Returns are subject to the Xfurbish’s return policy. On receipt of your order, you can claim for a return within 7 working days.
Click on View your order History & select the order you wish to return, then select the Problem with product option & mail us with the apt subject line.
Seller would contact you proactively within 48 hours & respond to your request, resolve if any queries regarding the product.
Once the seller responds back & validates to return/ replace , buyer has to ship the product within 2 working days
Ensure to self-ship the product using any courier having package tracking capabilities within 2 working days after seller validates for replacement.
Product shipped back should ensure packed safely & is in original condition as it was shipped & the tracking details to be shared to the seller.
On receipt of the product & verified by the seller, replacement product is shipped & updated to you.
Your concern will be addressed & resolved withing 14 working days.
In any case if the resolution given by Seller is not apt as per the Xfurbish policy then Xfurbish Shield team will address & resolve unprejudiced.
