Payment Policy
You can pay us using your internet banking, credit or debit card, Google Pay, Phone Pe, Paytm, UPI. For an international order also, you may pay us through Visa/Mastercard or Paypal.
Shipping Policy
Do you ship to my city and location? For a superlative customer experience, we have decided to deliver each furniture product personally. We would request you to check the delivery service points with your correct pin-code. We are coming to other cities very soon and will keep you posted! What is the estimated delivery time? Products are typically dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation. All the products are transported and delivered using the Evok delivery network for all its furniture range and for all Décor and Furnishing items we use third party courier agency. While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please do not worry. Get in touch with us for the latest update on your shipment if we have already not gotten in touch with you. Are there any shipping charges or any additional hidden charges? All shipments are free of charge. Any additional charges like Octroi, entry taxes are paid by Company. When you enter a pin-code in the address field while ordering a product, the system will indicate whether we ship to your pin-code or not.
Return Policy
Return request can be accepted only in case where there is a material defect / damage found in the product. For any external damages to the packed product, please document the same on the delivery acknowledgment at the time of delivery. For upholstery / fragile items (Sofa, Glass, and Mirrors etc.) please take Open Delivery and verify the same is damage free before accepting the delivery and return immediately if found damaged. For other furniture that requires installation, the packing must be opened only by authorized service personal at the time of installation. If any damage / defect found the same needs to be documented on the Installation Job Card for processing return and fresh replacement within 15 days Credit Note / Refund can be provided by EVOK if replacement is not in stock. The same will be processed within 7 working days after pick up of original item. Payment made through Credit / Debit cards will be reversed to the same card, Net banking payment will be reversed to the same bank account and Vouchers used for payment will result in issue of fresh vouchers.
