Standard ShippingOrders received by Kinetic Fountains are typically sent either by UPS, FedEx or U.S. Postal Service. Please refer to the individual product you are purchasing for shipping times. Standard Shipping typically takes between 5 7 business days depending on your location.Free Shipping OfferOrders totaling 99 and over are eligible for free shipping, as long as the shipping address is located within the continental United States. This applies to ground shipping only, with the entire order going to one address free shipping does not apply to orders with items going to multiple addresses. Custom fountains and Waterwalls are not eligible for free shipping. Expedited shipping charges can be obtained by calling our customer service line.Sales TaxIn most cases we only charge sales tax to orders that are shipped within the state of North Carolina. In rare cases we are required by law to collect sales tax on product shipping to other states. In this event we will notify you when we process your order.Customers Outside the Continental U.S.If you wish to ship something outside the continental U.S., you must contact us for a shipping quote. You must have the name and product code of the item you wish to purchase as well as a full shipping address ready when you call or email. We cannot give you a quote without this information. The customer is responsible for any duties, fees or taxes imposed by the receiving country.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the products you purchase from Kinetic Fountains, you can have the confidence that you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt for a 25 restocking fee less any shipping charges that were incurred. All returned items to Kinetic Fountains must be in new unused condition and packaged in the original manufacturers box. All of the products parts, accessories, registration cards, etc must be returned for full credit. IMPORTANT NOTE The actual shipping cost you must pay to return an item to us may not match our flat promotional shipping rates. For example, we may charge only 14.99 to ship a large heavy item to you but the actual shipping cost is what will be deducted from your credit which will often be much higher than the promotional shipping. The ORIGINAL SHIPPING is NONREFUNDABLE even if you received FREE shipping promotion, you will be charged the actual shipping charges that we incurred to ship the product to you.
