A shipping charge of Rs.100 will be applicable to all orders. The charges will be waived off for the orders amounting to Rs. 1000 and above. We currently ship products only within India. You can place orders from across the world but payments need to be in rupees only and delivery addresses are restricted to India We ensure the fastest Delivery of orders. If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit, size or colour, or if you come across any defects, well be happy to refund the amount. Please return the unused item with tags within 30 days of receipt. Currently we do not exchange any items. You can initiate the returns by logging into your Pantaloons Account. Raising the return request Log into your account. Go to My orders Click on Return against the item you wish to return. Specify the account in which you would like the refund amount to be credited. Fill in the details and raise a return request by clicking on submit button. You will receive a confirmation for the return initiated. Reverse pick up will be done from our side in areas where we have a pickup facility. You will be requested to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area If you courier us the products, a maximum amount of Rs.200 would be reimbursed towards the shipping cost in the form of Pantaloons Credits.
